However, if you receive a defective or damaged product, we’re here to help.

Eligibility:

Returns are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects.

The product must be unused and returned in original packaging.

Request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Exclusions:

Custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Minor variations in color, texture, or polish are part of the handcrafted charm.

Process:

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via WhatsApp or Email with your order number and product photos.

Refunds or replacements will be processed after inspection.
